Community Call Center Registration and Terms of Agreement
When Should I Register?
As early as possible, our classes are small and fill quickly; we recommend you register as soon as possible to get your class/course of choice. Oftentimes, our participants register more than two months in advance. If the class is already full you can register for the waiting list. We occasionally receive cancellations and you may be able to get into a class at the last minute.
Participants are not allowed to register for two classes that occur at the same time.
Class/conference rates are listed with each class/conference description. Unless otherwise indicated, the class/conference does not include costs for lodging, meals, or class material fees.
Payment is due in full at the time of your class. Registrations are non-transferable. A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks. Classes without a minimum number of registrations may be cancelled.
If you are unable to attend a session you are registered for please cancel your registration via your GoSignMeUp account so the seat can be offered to another person.
Due to administration costs, registration costs and other services, including faculty contracts, and material acquisitions, we do charge a $25.00 cancellation fee to participants who cancel within 24 hours of the class/event. A cancellation fee applies if notice is not given 24 hours in advance, regardless of the reason for canceling. Cancellation of enrollment more than 30 days prior to the first day of the class results in a fee refund.
The course certificate will be available at the end of the last session or can emailed to you upon request.
Some classes/events have meal options which are included in the registration fee.
A vegetarian or gluten free meal option is always available, if arranged in advance. 72 hours advance notice is required for meal options. Please contact the Education Center Coordinator at nrhs_communitycallcenter@ nrh-ok.com if you have special dietary needs.
Materials Fees & Supplies
Materials fees are specific to each class or course. You will find all materials fees listed next to the registration fee. Materials fees are refundable under the following guidelines: Cancellation of enrollment more than 30 days prior to the first day of class results in a refund of 100% of the materials fees. Cancellation of enrollment within 3 working days of the first day of class results in no refund of the materials fees.
There are times that classes or conferences are cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances related to the instructor. Under these circumstances, every attempt will be made to reschedule the event. Any enrollment fees will be 100% reimbursed if cancellations of this nature occur.
Guests are not allowed to attend classes/conferences that require a fee.

Illegal drugs are not permitted on any Norman Regional Health System facilities, leased or owned.
Firearms are not permitted in on any Norman Regional Health System facilities, leased or owned.
